Mission Impossible: Making Progress…

With less than two weeks to go, I am making progress on this crazy mission to which I have agreed. I have decided to finish the body of each bolero first and then crank out all of the decorative edging next week. My plan is to finish the body of the second bolero by this Sunday and use all of next week for the edging and finishing. I will be on vacation next Thursday and Friday, so that should net me some extra hook time. Also, most afterschool activities are on break – which means less time driving the kiddos to and fro.

I finished the body of the first bolero last night. Unfortunately, I lost about 5 days of precious crochet time due to illness (I was sick and so was my oldest) and our generally overloaded schedule. I am back on track, though, and I calculated several measurements last night that I need to customize this pattern to fit my oldest baby.

I can do this….yes, I can!
